Starting with 10.15 Catalina, macOS requires all remote access applications (like Remotix QC and Remotix Agent) to get the owner's explicit permission to control the computer. Until you grant permission, Remotix will NOT be able share your computer’s screen, or allow us to control the mouse and keyboard.
The first time you open Remotix, it will check if it has these rights, and will ask you to grant the permission if needed:

SCREEN RECORDING PERMISSION
To allow Remotix to share your screen, you need to give it "Screen Recording" permission. Remotix doesn't actually make a recording of the screen, it just sends the image to us so we can see what you see.
- When asked for permissions, click Request Screen Recording Permission. You'll then see a system dialog window pop open.
- In the Screen Recording dialog window, click Open System Preferences:

3. This will open System Preferences to the Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording settings.
4. Put a check near the Remotix QC (or Remotix Agent) icon to give it access:

5. That’s it! Now your Mac’s screen can be shared.
ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION
To allow us to use the keyboard and mouse with your Mac, Remotix needs Accessibility permissions:
- Back in that tall System Permissions window, click Request Accessibility Permission. You'll then see another dialog window pop open.
- In the Accessibility Access dialog, click Open System Preferences.

3. This will open System Preferences to the Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility settings.
4. Click the Lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the window to unlock these settings. The Mac will ask you for an administrator password to make changes. (This is the password you use to log in when you turn on your computer.)
5. Put a check near the Remotix QC or Remotix Agent icon to give it access:

Now we can use the keyboard and mouse to work on your computer remotely while our screen sharing connection is active.
THAT'S ALL
We won't need the other permissions, Microphone or Full Disk Access, so once you've done this, you can go back to the tall System Permissions window, and check 'Don't show again' at the bottom, then click Ignore. We're all set!
